¹⁵ But ^(A)the news about Him was spreading even farther, and large crowds were gathering to hear Him and to be healed of their sicknesses. ¹⁶ But He Himself would often slip away ^[a]to the desolate regions and ^(B)pray.

Jesus Heals a Paralytic

¹⁷ And it happened that ^[b]one day He was teaching; and ^(C)there were some Pharisees and ^(D)teachers of the law sitting there, who had ^(E)come from every village of Galilee and Judea and from Jerusalem, and ^(F)the power of the Lord was present for Him to perform healing.
